The guy who did the installation was kind. The wifi sucks though. I've had it for a week and it barely ever works. I'm paying 60 dollars for wifi that doesn't work... Spectrum charges 40 for phone AND wifi, and it actually works..

I was being charged for fiber but getting copper internet. Just needed my bill lowered. Tim was able to get that figured out for me and my bill lowered quickly.

Good:internet is great, and whenever there is a problem they send out a technician quickly.
BAD: THEY WILL RAISE YOUR RATE AND CLAIM THEY TOLD U THAT IT WAS A SPECIAL OFFER, DONT BELIEVE THEM WHEN THEY SAY THEY WONT RAISE YOUR RATE
ALSO WHEN THEY CLAIM TO GIVE YOU BONUSES FOR REFERRING YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO THERE SERVICE THEY FIND A WAY TO SCREW YOU OUT OF YOUR REFERALL, YOU HAVE TO COMPLETE THE REFERRAL ON THE SECOND SUNDAY OF THE THIRD MONTH ONLY WHEN THERE IS A FULL MOON. AND LAST OFF ITS BEEN A YEAR SINCE I WAS SUPPOSED TO GET MY 100.00 GIFT CARD FOR BEING A NEW CUSTOMER STILL WAITING NEVER RECIEVED IT. WHENEVER I CALL ABOUT THAT THEY SAY ITS IN THE MAIL.... SMDH

This is the second time I have paid for services and had my technician rescheduled for no reason. Was scheduled for today when I paid the deposit and found out it was rescheduled for Mondy. Getting so tired of it but cant afford anything else. Should get my deposit back or free for next month.
