Plum Creek Wagyu Beef

I cannot say enough great things about Plum Creek!!! They are just exceptional at customer service and incredible selection + quality. Upon placing an order for a gift box I had the owner of the company call me right away to help me select the ideal shipping AND even accommodating my requests to swap out a few items in the box. We ordered some steaks from Plum Creek for a special occasion and they were wonderful. They call to follow up on the order which is so nice. The steaks were delivered on the day we expected them and they were just a special treat. When it comes to quality and service, Plum Creek can't be beat!

Plum Creek is an amazing company. I placed an order a couple of weeks ago and there was a very minor issue, but Patty called the next morning to insure I was receiving exactly what was ordered. She went above and beyond with her caring approach and making sure I was happy with everything. The order was delivered exactly as Patty detailed and the packaging insured the Waguy was perfect. In addition to the service, the Wagyu is amazing. My order was a couple of tri-tips and beef ribs. Last weekend the ribs went into the sous vide for 24 hours at 133 with garlic and rosemary, then were finished on an 800 degree grill for just a minute. The smell was so wonderful that my neighbor came over to see what was on the grill. I shared a taste with him and I think Plum Creek is going to have a new client, soon. Thank you Patty and Plum Creek for a wonderful experience!

I have not tried the beef yet, so I will update when I do. But I am starting this review because I was so impressed with the customer service. When was the last time a company called you to confirm your order and ship date?! I will definitely recommend based on customer service alone! It is refreshing to deal with a company that gets customer service is worth something! I can't wait to try the steaks! 5 stars all day, every day.
