Independence Court Apartments

I lived here for 7 years and absolutely loved it. The neighbors are all really nice, apartments all very clean, and everything is kept up wonderfully.

I have lived here for 2 years and without reason they are evicting me...the manager of the property has no answers for me as to why and the regional manager is avoiding all of my calls and not getting back to me. After two years of living her and paying rent this is how they treat there renters. The previous manager was great. Then with a new manager, who didnt really like me to begin with, after 2 months I get an eviction notice. I was also told by the regional manager herself that she would come down and set up a time to meet and have me sign my new lease...then never set up a time and evicts me. I would not reccomend this place to anyone. The management has no communication and no care about there renters. And obviously they discriminated against me and will not give me a reason as to why. The manager tried to blame my dog but there were multiple other dogs here who weigh more then mine. When I confronted this my manager then said in a later call my dog isnt the problem....the regional manager wont tell me what the problem is....hmmmm interesting management and discrimination is a big thing here. And evicting people with no probably cause. Dont know is that's legal or not but just beware for that if your interested in this place.
