        My elderly parents used Wells to check their HVAC when it broke. They were told that there was nothing they could do for it and that they needed to purchase a new system. They got a bill in the mail for around $200 for a Freon recharge. We called to find out what it was for and found out that even though it was beyond repair they went ahead and put freon in it without asking. Incredibly unprofessional, they did not resolve the issue and my honest parents felt they had to pay them to keep the bill out of collections, so that's what they did. Shame on wells, it's sad that a small company would swindle the elderly. Service: HVAC system repair

        Our HVAC work went fine, but the plumbing work was terrible. They did half the work originally bid, they did it poorly, but then they billed us for the original quote. We had to get someone else to re-do a lot of the original work and finish for them. Definitely would not recommend.
