This place used to be great. We used to go there at least once a year for the past 6-8 years, and had planned to go this year too. However, when I tried to contact them, I discovered they had closed. I had several years worth of pictures on their app that are now lost because their app is no longer working, just spins, and my profile appears to have been deleted. I do not know if there's any way of recovering my pictures. I am very disappointed.

I'm constantly calling to confirm appointment, the line is always busy. I'm been calling for weeks.

Came here back in 2017 & still get upset with my experience here. The pictures were so bad I have them stored away, just found them recently and they're so bad! That's why they're stored away and not out in frames. The photographer told me that I should've brought my 4 month old when it wasn't her nap time but that wasn't the reason why she was cranky. He literally handled her like a doll 😤 We never came back to pick up the rest of the order after we paid because we didn't want a huge portrait of her crying in the living room. Would not recommend. Pictures would probably come out better taking it yourself on a phone than coming here.
