Old Chicago

Nasty!!!! Waited an hour just for appetizers. My meal was so gross I got it for FREE. Finally, (after asking for our check) 2 and a half hours later we got to leave. I do not recommend it at all....

Excellent pizza and excellent service. The food tastes amazing and I recommend the beer breaded pizza crust.

We ordered 3 calzones and a chicken sandwich from Old Chicago and had Grub Hub deliver it. We were missing a whole calzone from our order and the calzones that we did have tasted awful! The dough was terrible and underdone and the ingredients were bland. Also, they messed up my ingredients that were supposed to be in my calzone. It really wasnt a difficult order, I can understand messing up the ingredients but forgetting a whole calzone?? Come on! We got our money back but they failed to make our order right and we never received the third calzone which is probably a blessing because it was not worth the money or time. Oh, and the chicken sandwich was okay.

Bad taste in my mouth, service was not cool. This particular day, I was craving a calzone and a side salad, what better place than Old Chicago. We have dined here many times before in the past, but I heard they updated or revamped their menu. There were 4 of us, 2 children and 2 adults. The kids ordered what they wanted and were happy with their food, you cant really go wrong with grilled cheese and Mac n Cheese. My sister ordered some vegetarian friendly pizza and was happy. Me on the other hand, I asked for a Chicago 7 Calzone, minus the sausage. When it was brought to me, the Calzone was nothing but sausage and the juices were running out of the Calzone to where the plate was drenched and yuck! The waitress seemed annoyed that I asked for a new one being is there is only sausage. I don't know if she was upset with me or with the cook, either way. So the next Calzone comes out and I am super excited because this is what I have been craving this whole day! Long story short the Calzone comes out, I ask the waitress for a box since I don't want everyone to wait for me after they have already eaten. The kids are antsy, so it was all around just an inconvenience, I get it. I take a look at the plate and rip off a piece, and right there, on the plate, front and center is a giant, squiggly hair. I was so done at this point. The waitress just grabbed the plate, rolled her eyes and took it back. At this point I no longer want to eat the Calzone, nothing!! No manager came over to talk to me, no one said sorry for the experience now that it's been two different meals. I was very disappointed, left hungry, and left with a bad taste in my mouth. I understand accidents happen, but 2 times in a row, and no apology, no nothing, I think is unacceptable.
