My wife and I both got glasses in the last couple of months. The opticians were very helpful and patient. Sylvia particularly helped with both selection of frames, measurements for trifocal progressive lenses, and final adjustments after the finished glasses arrived. Very satisfied with the quality of service and the glasses.

The tech who greeted me and took care of the dilation was Medina. What a delightful person to work with! Dr. Thomas Grange is not only a great professional, but a delightful "folksy" person who takes excellent care of my eyes. Thanks to you all.

I have been a patient at Eye Specialists in Bellevue and Papillion for years, and usually order my contacts from their optical departments as well. This year, I was eligible for a new pair of glasses through VSP, but working 8-5 makes it tough to get in and browse frames during normal business hours. This past Saturday, I came in right before closing to order some contacts, and looked at glasses while I waited for them to pull up my prescription. Mikaela (hope I spelled this right) asked if I wanted to try some on, and helped me pick out a really cute pair of frames that I wouldn't have even thought to try on myself. She went above and beyond the call of duty and stayed to help me order my glasses.

I have been a patient of Dr. Tom Grange for many, many years and have received the utmost care. Dr. Granges bedside manner is beyond reproach. Sylvia with Fixations has been assisting me with choosing frames and lenses for many years as well. Sylvias expertise, experience and professionalism are also beyond reproach. I trust her judgment and knowledge in her field.

Last year, we were able to get in quickly for a unexpected issue. There were no problems. I would have given 5 stars. This year, it took two weeks and they never called to verify the appointment. When we called back, they didnt even have the appointment in the books. They wrote down the wrong reason for the appointment. Somehow they booked us for for 2 appointments for the same person on the same day for the same thing. The manager called and 1) had the wrong reason for the visit 2) explained we cant have 2 visits on the same day for the same person. We hadnt booked two visits; this was their error. She didnt apologize for the continued errors we were encountering. The manager didnt take responsibility in how to solve these issues we brought forth. The appointment was then billed differently than anticipated, even though the last time we came for the same issue exacerbation they said they could bill it either way. Overall, this was a very disappointing interaction. The optometrist also was going to put drops in the eyes without saying what the drops were. We left the building and were never given the prescription so we had to go back in for it. It was an uncomfortable visit and disappointing.
