I received a letter requesting if I wanted the company services going into the New Year. I called and left a message regarding services on the letter. Never received a call, so I sent the letter anyways stating I called and left a message and requested feedback information on some other services they offered. They STILL never called and didn't respond to my letter. Three weeks later they just showed up at my house and started mowing my lawn. When I called the owner Jeff and asked why they were at my house when I received no calls to confirm services I needed? He asked "did I stop them from mowing my lawn?" I replied, "That’s why I'm calling you trying to figure out why your guys are here. First, I have no grass yet that needs to be cut and secondly, no one called me back to confirm services I needed." He got loud and said, I don’t want to cut your yard anyway” and hung up on me.
This company doesn’t take pride in cutting people yards or practice good business sense. The work they did before they left was horrible! I wouldn’t use this company; the owner doesn’t value customer service and he is very RUDE!
