I left State Farm and move to Progressive specifically because Matt is a terrible person. If you want a good insurance agent, I suggest looking somewhere else.

Fantastic service.
Amy is awesome.
I was with State Farm for over 25 years.
Left last year to find better rates but wasn't worth the few dollars of savings.
So I came back for the outstanding service.
Able to speak with an actual person father then computers an automated answer service.
The were outstanding in handling my clams for storm damage.

I've been with Matt's office since I had my first car around 1998. Staff and everyone have always been like family when it came time to help with service. Unfortunately he's representing State Farm, who is more concerned with taking your premiums than being a good neighbor. Life happens, cars break down, teenagers get in accidents. If too much life happens within 5 years, you're no longer a neighbor. You're an outsider and 26 years counts for nil. I'll be a good neighbor though, don't use their roadside assistance, they'll hold each call against you as a claim. I was thinking it was a customer service, it wasn't. If you're thinking this insurer is as friendly as their local office, their not.

Always fair and honest. I have referred several happy people to him.
