        The Group X Classes are fun, motivating and encouraging. This gym has a very welcoming atmosphere. I love Group cycle taught by Kelly McVey and Theresa Kelly, they are great instructors. I also love Group Power taught by Janene Cobia and Taylor who are both awesome instructors as well.
