Monarch Siding and Windows

We had 15 windows replaced and went with the triple pane option. It sure made a difference in our heating and cooling bills. We were very happy with the install and fixing one problem window that wouldn’t close. Overall, we are happy with the price, install and service.

Monarch completed the siding job on our condo a few months ago and we are extremely satisfied! This is the second time we have used Monarch for our siding needs as they did our home in Papillion about 20 years ago. Mark and his team of installers are a professionals and real craftsman. They met all of our needs and then some! I would highly recommend Monarch for your siding, windows, or roofing projects!!

The product is nice and I like the quality of the windows but the crew was disrespectful to not only me but to my husband as well. They came out twice and I'm not sure if it was the same crew or not but on TWO separate occasions they had something smart to say to us. The first time they came out it was for the window installation. I simply asked that whoever is coming inside to simply wear a mask (which I could provide) because I am pregnant. His reply was started, "Well I'm not going inside then." As he walked back to the truck he started to mutter things under his breath The crew started to pack their things back in the truck and called their supervisor. The one person did end up wearing a mask when he came in. When they were out front working they were swearing out in the yard loud enough for my neighbors to have to say something. At that time they were talking trash on another customer. I would not recommend this company based on how their employees treat their customers.
