        Where do I start? Bad customer service, negative attitude, and careless. I brought my vehicle at 9am for the appointment time. I got there at 845 and waited so I was on time and I received a phone call saying they will be 10 mins late so I said thats fine. The owner didnt show up until 945am. Almost 45 mins later. Ridiculous. I took my vehicle to get a remote starter install and it took them 8 hours to do. It was a one way installment so it shouldve taken 2 hours top for a professional. I bought a Groupon for this remote starter as well and when I went to pay they told me I had to pay an additional $130 on top of my groupon because a by-pass. If youre going to scam and charge extra I think that should be said on the groupon before buying. I will not be returning here. Poor service Service: Heat control window films
