World Class Omaha Towing

Our son hit a deer and the car was damaged enough we couldn’t drive it. Insurance called these guys at 9:15pm we got a text stating they would be 60-90 mins fine ok. 3 hours later now midnight NO one still. The phone number that was sent was a GA number I called insurance back they couldn’t get ahold of them. So I started calling I got hung up on by a very rude guy. I call back another Rude guy. They both sounded like they were in a casino. The second guy said I have to service call for you so idk what you want. The lack of customer service skills even the slightest are not there. I told him put him self in the customer shoes our kid was in a wreck it’s late as hell and we been out here since 8:30 pm and now 12:30am. He didn’t care thankfully another company from Lincoln came up and helped they were very kind and fast.

My car Broke down while it was snowing. World Class Omaha Towing was the company who came in less than 10 minutes after my call to them! They were Awesome and fast!

I have used them in the past to tow my car and they are always responsive, professional, and courteous. This time I had a flat tire and they were able to change that tire very quickly. Will use them again in the future.
