Bam's Towing & Repair

Had an issue with a tire going flat after I had tried to fill it at a Caseys up the street. It was low but not completely flat so I called them and asked if they could help me out and fill it up. The lady who answered the phone said I could come by and she would let me in. She was awesome and saved me waiting 60+ mins for roadside assistance. Appreciate it, even if it was a small service!

Lady that answered is a complete and utter mess. Shes rude and even hung up on us with 0 conversation. I will be contacting my business associates to remove them from their lots. These guys have no business being in business at all. Service: Car towing

So lets start off with be careful with this company they do not legally follow the laws and bend the rules. We have videos and pictures of there tow trucks taken cars and trucks all over town when confronted the secretary about city parking permits or minister permits she says quote on quote. If its a fire lane you get towed away no matter what. But when we talked to the city of Omaha and asked a lawyer of Rex moats law firm they say that there has been many investigations on this tow company and they have been fine and charged many times but some how still comply with there licenses and fix things to say open We are shocked and about this outcome of whats going on in the greater of Omaha Nebraska The questions now lie with the mayor why and how come this keeps happing The rate of this would only give us a one star rate but if I could I I give this compost a -10 stars due to the customers of disrespect and dishonesty The rude and arrogant of the woman barb and her staff This company attacking ministers cars with permits is more discriminatory and so many levels wrong when they are doing there dutys so what to say is to stay away from the company and keep your video and phones rolling and catch them in the act of illegal activity so you can sue them
