Lisa was amazing!! She was always available to answer my questions even when I called after business hours she would answer her phone.
Lisa’s title department was thorough and accurate in the title search and even found an issue in the title chain that Lisa was able to get corrected for me.
I will always have Superior Title and Escrow do my Title and Escrow closings. And will happily and confidently refer friends and family to them.

Please don't deal with this company at all Lisa and Daniel Bohm is literally renting homes and are slumlords. Definition of Slumlords-Own a house and will never fix ANYTHING. I rented a house from them for almost 1yr and not one thing was fixed on this house. He was suppose to get a updated stove in and never heard anything else about it. Daniel one day came over to my home unexpectedly and was SHOCKED when he seen me come to the door, simply because he was going to come into the house without letting me know and had the audacity ask who car was outside my house. I had roofing problems, every time it rained 3 different room would leak water and I had to move furniture and other things so my things wouldn't get ruined and I used garbage cans to catch the water. His response was that he didn't have any roofing issues at all on this particular side of the home. Let's not talk about the heating issue, I didn't have heat in the house for 6 days because he told me I called late on a Friday evening and he don't know where his worker is at... Lastly before I moved he thought he was going to raise the rent on me so he could get more money LOL well epic fail I has already sent my 30 day notice and paid rent before I got the notice but can you believe that this house was $900.00 a month and he raised it with NOT fixing or updating one thing on HIS house to $1050.00 From that point forward I knew I had to get MY family out. I am trying to let EVERYONE know these people are money hungry and don't care about their properties that they OWN nor the TENANTS that faithfully pay rent on time. Please BEWARE. I would not recommend BOHM Enterprises to not one person. I would NEVER rent nor BUY a home from them ever again. PLEASE RUN from them. Sincerely, a TENANT that is sick and tired of "SLUMLORDS".
