        Same experience. I have been waiting for the title document for a property closed in mid June. My emails and phone calls are unanswered. Guess I need to keep trying.

        Strongly NOT recommended. On a simple refinance this company was non-responsive for 12 days. Finally after multiple attempts by the lender and myself, I reached an employee who could send the requested information. Only find out they quoted the wrong price and had to be redone. I felt like I needed to handhold the company's employees to get anything done. Finally gave up on them and used another company that costs more but at least it will get done.
