On my way home for the holidays while traveling with my 1 year old daughter and 2 high energy hunting dogs, I got a low tire and found a screw in the tire. A nightmare my wife and I always said we hope never happens when we are traveling alone. My wife had gone to her family early for Christmas. I called Jensen in Omaha as I was traveling through since I use Jensen for everything I do in Lincoln where I live and they are great! And they got me in right away. Mike was super accommodating and allowed me to bring my two dogs and baby in the waiting area and were very helpful. And you could tell since I had my hands full he had a sense of urgency to get me in and out. It was a tough situation with a great outcome and experience. Very thankful for Mike and crew.
