Firestone Complete Auto Care

I've used this firestone for years for various reasons they have always been very friendly and reasonable. This latest experience was to do my brakes which ended up being more expensive than I had anticipated but their service manager was so awesome he worked things around to save me money. Thank you so much Mark and the rest of the team for taking care of your customers. I'll be back.

I've had my car serviced here before and didn't have much trouble (just oil changes) but today, they've had my car all day and just now, at 530 pm, told me they didn't bother to pull my keys out of the key drop and work on my car-for which I had an 8 am appointment. I am very disappointed.

do NOT go here, straight up took this place over 8 hours to simply change my oil. annoying & ridiculous lol

Ethan was horrible!!!!!!!! It took 30 minutes for them to pull my vehicle back and I was the only vehicle there! Service is awful employees are very unprofessional!! Told me they couldn’t replace just 1 tire they would have to do all 4 which is bs! They love trying to take advantage of people! Discount tires is the way to go
