Great staff! They took care of everything I needed and had it all done on time. Even made sure I was able to pick up my items the day i needed them because work had kept me a bit later than normal. Will be returning for any other tailoring needs!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I recently went in to get a dress altered, when we got there I asked him how much it would be to alter a dress, he then said “I don’t know” and ignored us, until I told him again that I wanted to know how much it would be, he then started yelling at me saying that it would be around $20, he didn’t see that the dress was double layered and said that it was $20 because it was only one layer but when he noticed it was double layered he yelled at me saying that if he would of seen that it was double layered he would of charged me more, we then left the dress and when we went to pick it up he was on the phone the whole time and did not even say one word to us, he just pointed at the dressing room and handed the dress to us, the alteration itself was also HORRIBLY done, it looked like he did it in a rush without even caring about it. We then went to the front desk to pay and he ignored us acting like he did not see us walk out the dressing room he finally looked at me when I told him that I was ready to pay so I handed the money to him and he just took it and turned around without even saying one word the whole time. The other times I have been here he would ask if we liked the way it turned out but this time he just turned around and left without even letting us tell him about the dress. I have been here many times and I have also recommended people but after this I will NEVER go back. Service: Alterations
