I have been buying shirts and hats from Aladdin for many years when Tom and Diane owned the business and always had excellent service and quality work. So I went back this year to get new shirts and was dealing the new owner Phil. For one it took almost 3 weeks just to get our design Sent back to us for approval. Then I finally approved and ordered the shirts and was told they would be done in 2 weeks which turned into almost a month. So when I finally received my shirts about a dozen where the wrong material. 6 of them where so dark you could not read the logo. We never received a call or email to make changes to a color that was appropriate for the logo. All my sweatshirts had the logo right above the butt which looks ridiculous! So I called Phil to voice my concerns and hopefully get my money back on the poor quality work! I even tried to give him a second chance and buy more shirts and except a credit, to be informed that he thought I would be better to take my business elsewhere. Very poor service and quality!!!

I used this company several times for my dance studio’s merchandise when it was owned by Tom and Diane. They were always polite and willing to help me make the best decision for my business. Upon visiting today to discuss a large order, I was met by an unfriendly man. He seemed bothered that I entered the business with my own merchandise and acted as though I was inconveniencing him when I suggested I wanted embroidery work for one item and screen print work for another. Instead of suggesting the best plan for my merchandise, he waited for me to tell him what I wanted and then became impatient when it wasn’t suited to what he expected. Of course, I’m a dance instructor and know very little about the screenprint/embroidery work that I need done. I expected to enter and be assisted in making the best choice, as Tom and Diane always did. However, this man (who didn’t bother to introduce himself) didn’t offer any suggestions, only reasons why my ideas were bad. I told him that I would take my business up the street and to tell Tom hello and he replied, “Well Tom doesn’t own this business anymore, you don’t have to be rude.” That’s right, the man that offered zero customer service suggested that I refrain from being rude. While I can’t speak to the quality of work done at Aladdin, I can confidently say this was the worst customer service experience of my life.
