        Wouldn't return my calls took off with $1000 down payment and never did work...insurance company refused to replace roof, they refused to refund deposit...avoid using them.

        They came out for an evaluation after hail. Requested a $350 down payment for appraisal and quoting. They then refused to return phone calls and never followed up with an actual quote. Reported them to BBB and charged back the credit card. They didn't fight it because they knew they were in the wrong. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
