Two Brothers Construction

Joshua a member of the Two Brothers staff came out to our house back in April. I had a hard time setting up a time with Joshua because of his schedule, but finally we found a day. But i was called out of town for maneuvers and thus he met with my daughter in-between her college classes. He told her there was damage and we should have our insurance agent come out and take a look at the damage. My wife and I reached out to Joshua a few times and never heard back. I also called their home office and spoke to a helpful lady named Francesca, and she told me she would get him or someone to call me back but we never received a call. A fast forward a few weeks later our roof began to leak into our kitchen and younger child’s bedroom. Thus in middle of June we reached out to our insurance company and they offered us a few options of people they work with. Our family decided after meeting with a few that Apple Roofing won our business. My wife and I are both military and we were excited to work with Two Brothers since we had been told by them at the home show and even on their web site they put veterans first. I guess we slipped through the cracks or maybe this is a flyby night company.
