This was my second transaction with Trac, this time as the Seller's agent and the experience was just as amazing as it was when she was the Buyer's agent. Trac is extremely knowledgeable about the Omaha market. She was upfront and honest about current market conditions and setting a realistic expectation for sales price. From that point she took care of EVERYTHING....while keeping us informed through timely communication and being available when it was convenient for us! We are out of town sellers and could not have managed this sale without her. Highly recommend Trac for all your real estate needs!
