They were suppose to send me an Application to my email but haven't revieved it?? Hard to get ahold of them. Answer machine always full.

I scheduled a tour over email with an explicit day, date, and time. When I arrived at the property and waited for 15 minutes, calling the email listed with no response. Finally, the call was picked up and when asked about the scheduled tour, the woman on the phone stated that it was scheduled for the upcoming Friday instead of the day (Wednesday) explicitly discussed in the email. No apology or attempt at correcting the mistake was made, and instead she asked me if Friday worked as if this had been our first correspondence. Since I had to drive an hour from where I lived at the time to “tour” the apartment I declined and canceled. She responded cheerily, told me to have a good day, and hung up. I guess I dodged a bullet if that is representative of how Pointe Management Co. manages their tenants.
