These photographers are ridiculously overpriced and they shoot subpar quality photos. It's run by an old couple who I believe are genuinely pleasant, but fail at all means to provide exceptional customer service. They charged me $50 for one photo and took only 7-8 shots of the same angle to choose from. They also scheduled my professional headshot late at night and rushed me to leave. I contacted Lori numerous times about receiving the original photo that was taken because the edited version was cropped and I was unhappy with the change, but she would avoid giving me an answer and eventually stopped contacting me back at all. I don't believe it's a daunting task get the photo originally taken and $50 paid for. One single headshot photo taken in 5 minutes. I am extremely disappointed and quite shocked I couldn't receive the original picture that was I shown and approved of at the photoshoot, only the one that they edited and poorly cropped. A waste of money.
