They like to wait over a month to process any type of card. And I guess now the like to take a whole body picture instead of their normal shoulders up profile picture.

Have tried to reach out to Martin Photography 3 times via voice mail and 3 times via "contact" on their website and email address. They are non responsive to each of the 6 attempts. This is highly unprofessional. Their website was non-intuitive and did not provide a password reset feature. It Was trying to call to determine the access code or how to reset the password. The goal was to buy year-book pictures of my child. Their inability to respond or unwillingness, will cause a permanent gap in my kid's year-book and memory book. With this type of professionalism, will be encouraging my kid's school to consider an alternate photographer. There are multiple school photography locations in the area.

Very disorganized picture delivery and poor customer service: A dual household delivery of two sets of pictures has been a nightmare! Contacted vendor when pictures arrived and the two household order(s) appeared to be mixed together and was promptly told my order was late, not processed, and my pictures would arrive when “late” orders were processed. Four to 6 weeks later, after still not receiving pictures, I am informed that the orders for both households were mixed together! To make matters worse, Martin Photography had my student pulled out of class to answer questions about the picture delivery, which in my opinion, is very inappropriate. Would not print and send new order of pictures via US postal service to prevent my student from being embarrassed at school with another order of pictures distributed in homeroom and/or have to be the “middle man” to deliver the missing pictures between households.
