I placed my order online at 1:30pm and was out running errands in the area at 3:30pm so I thought I would stop in to see if my order was ready. I was greeted by a friendly young man asking what he could help me with and I told him I had not been notified that my order was ready yet but was in the area and decided to stop in. He checked and my order had not been filled yet. A rude woman approached us and said what? And the young man told her how Id placed an order a couple hours prior and it wasnt ready. She was clearly very irritated with me and said they usually give us 3 hours to do orders. Whats the last name? I told her and she immediately walked off, not giving me the chance to say it was perfectly ok if it wasnt ready and Id be happy to go check the shelves for what Id ordered myself. She came back about 20 seconds later, handed me a box and said next time you have to wait 3 hours. And I didnt have one of the items in your order. I wouldve had no issue whatsoever waiting 3 hours, but I was blown away by how incredibly rude she was for no reason, not giving me a chance to speak, and no resolution for the item that I had ordered that apparently was sold out. At other stores, they would say Im sorry we are out of one of your items; would you like me to check other stores or have it shipped to you? I will be avoiding this location and passing word along as well. Plenty of other stores with much kinder customer service!
