We love the staff at this location and our dog loves coming here. We call it play-care as she comes here and is ultra tired when coming home so we know she had a full day of play! Love having the option of web cameras so we can see our dog playing during the day!

Only our second visit and I'm seriously disgusted. It's like my dog came home covered in urine. My daughter picked her up, so she didn't take care of talking to someone about it. Our dog has been in her kennel at home for more than 3-4 hours before and never peed herself. I don't know what they do (or rather DON'T do there), but they don't take good care of dogs. I'd be embarrassed if my employees treated anyone this way; two- or four-legged.

We adopted Chewy in August 2020 @ 18 months old. She was a surrender at the Omaha Humane Society. We were only one applicant in 72 applicants, we got the call it was instant knowing she was perfect for us. And I think she also knew that we were hers. What we learned from the surrender paperwork was that she came from a family with 3 young children, 2 other dogs, 2 cats, mom, dad & COVID. September we joined friends at Pint Nine micro brewery who allowed dogs in. We noticed a lot of dogs coming and going at the other end of the strip mall. It was Park Your Pawz. I knew from Chewys past that she needed to be with other dogs. She fit right in and loved it. It was shortly bought by DOGTOPIA and its been perfect for Chewy. She goes half days, once a week, every Wednesday and then down to Pint Nine for socializing. I love the staff, the webcam TV. Its important to watch Chewy interact with the other dogs. If I have a question I can email, the staff get right back with me. I am so happy with the care she gets from the staff. She loves the attention she gets from the staff. I tell everyone I know and run into at Pint Nine about the staff and facilities at DOGTOPIA. I could not be happier, thank you.
