Stayed here March 15th. Pull out couch was broken, eyelash left behind from previous person, filled and empty fruit cups left under the bed. Gross, dont stay here. The original lady that helped overnight was great the one in the morning seemed to not care. They had a new house keeping manager and would let them know.

At check-in, they have a very nice clean lobby. We stayed on the 3rd floor, and getting to the room, I noticed a fragrance that I had smelled before but didn't remember where I had smelled it at. Getting into the room, the room was decently clean. Later on in the night I noticed that there was something on the wall, and the closer I got to it I realized that it was a roach. I quickly took care of the bug but got to thinking about the fragrance in the hallway. It was a insecticide smell. We also went down to the pool area and there was a very strong chlorine odor. The floor around the pool needed a lot of work and you could tell that the pool needed a lot of work. We were also woken up by construction workers working on the floor directly above us at 8:30 in the morning. Overall for the price I would recommend staying somewhere else.

Horrible! First night we get here our room was changed because of a broken pipe. Moved the next day to the suite we booked. Woke up the next morning at 7:45am on a Sunday to pounding, drills and construction sounds above us. No relaxation at all.
No signs anywhere that this hotel is under construction for the next 8 months!!!
Stay away unless you love construction pounding!

I want to give at least two stars instead of one, for all the assistance I had to receive from the staff, which were great.
The rooms however were not so much.
The lighting repeatedly went out at random times in the evening, prompting call after call to the front desk to reset the breaker. Not fun when showering/shaving/or everything else..
Old design, things were falling off the walls, and the bed wasnt comfortable, despite calling them suites, it was certainly not, sweet.
Checked out two days early and moved to a Hilton for the same price.
