        One time I went to my sons pediatrician and they forgot about us and left us for 2 hours, countless times they have forgotten to send then medication the pharmacy for my son when he was sick, they have sent his prescription to the wrong pharmacy and I had returned to the doctor in person for them to send the prescription to the correct pharmacy. They never sent the prescription. Then I called the nurse line and they sent over the prescription to the correct pharmacy, but never cancelled the previous prescription. Now the pharmacy is refusing to make the prescription because its ready at a pharmacy not near my house.

        Always very thorough staff, and nurses and doctors are always great with the kiddos. Our primary care physician is Dr. Jillyn A. Kratochvil M.D and she is great, we also met Dr. Moore yesterday when they got us in super quickly to check out my son for a skin issue. He was absolutely amazing, he contacted outside physicians and referred me us to a dermatologist but you can tell they really go above and beyond for people here.

        My children get the best care from children's and specifically their doctor, Dr. Loucks. She is amazing, very nice, personable and gets to the root of issues. Anytime she is unavailable, we are seen by other providers or locations, we still get great pediatric care.
