Front desk lady was rude and made faces when I asked for help above her since she had to intention to help me whatsoever. Thankfully kris, the manager came in and made me feel heard. Thank you kris! That was a hard morning for me and I appreciate you just listening.

Hi Natalia. It was explained to me that you were asking to interrupt a testing interview or to be able to drive a car onto our lawn. I'm sorry you felt you were initially treated rudely when told we could not accommodate those requests. I'm glad Kris was able to make you feel heard and find a solution to help.
