Methodist Physicians Clinic (Diabetes and Endocrine Specialists)

Been going for a few months and haven't seen an actual doctor.

Good luck with them picking up the nurses phone for DR Andukuri. Called 30 plus times in a 3 day period. Cancelled my appt because and will never use them again. Also messed medication dose up and because of it insurance hasnt approved yet. My pharmacy even reached out to them and never returned their call. Waist of time for the last 3 years.

I have an eating disorder, which is not a secret in my chart. All my care has been through Methodist, so they know my history. I went in today and I told the nurse I didnt want to know my weight before I stepped on the scale (backwards so I wouldnt see the number). The nurse laughed and said well its in kilograms so unless you know how to do the math, you wont know to which I replied Ill do the math so please dont. She didnt say my weight but when she asked me to confirm my medications, the weight was written at the top of the paper. Its sad that these providers wouldnt accommodate to my mental state and didnt understand how harmful they were being. I cannot recommend this clinic because they are not a caring or safe environment

I see Dr Baker, she has educated herself on the rare genetic disease that I have and what goes along with it. I have had other doctors that I go to tell me that I needed to request certain blood tests be done and she has always done what I requested.
