Service Dept. charged me $975.32 to change the oil and filter in my E450 Ford V10 powered RV plus oil, fuel filter and air cleaner element in my 4000W Onan LPG generator. Total for the parts was $96.92 and total for labor was $723.80 and $144.09 misc. I find later that the Ford dealer 40 miles away will do the same job for $129.00, for the Ford E450 share alone. I talked to the store service writer and the service manager, no help and could care less. That's the last time and I have nothing good to say about this Cummins store.

(Truck drivers) Great place to get loaded/unloaded. Super easy dock and nice workers. Very quick. Pomsky approved.

I purchased an onan p4500i generator online back in May of 2020. It was August or September before I got it. I did not try starting it until December. I was unable to get it started. I called your service Department and talked to Nick. He had me bring it in. They worked on the carb and I picked it up after a few days , but still no luck in starting it at home. I took it back again they replaced the carb this time and I tried starting it the next morning with no luck. I took it back once again and they found out an actuator for the choke was unplugged from the circuit board. Anyway it works great now. I did not mind taking it back a few times all I cared about was getting it fixed correctly. I just wanted to thank Nick and Marty the mechanic for sticking with the problem and fixing it right. They both have great customer service skills Thanks again.
