      Our shop is not open 24/hrs and is listed under "more hours" on google. We do however offer mobile service 24/7 and take cases where service is refused very seriously. I would appreciate it if you would send request details and the exact time of your call to [email protected] so I can better look into this. That said we do have to let our guys sleep and some are more graceful than others when answering the phone at 2 am.
