        Went in the other day with issues with my watch (not very happy about it either). The woman at the store was really helpful and patient. She called a manager about my warranty and helped me weigh my options. I ended up getting a good deal on a new watch that I love, and some additional bands to go with it. Wish I could remember the sales lady's name, but I really appreciate her help.

        The Fossil brand is a good brand and this is a good store to find just about anything Fossil. The staff is helpful and the prices are good!
