        Came into the branch Friday January 28 at 3:30 in the afternoon and was turned away to open a checking account because they were too busy said I could come back on Monday yeah I think Ill find a different bank altogether dont waste your time at this location Very long wait times to get to the counter as well

        Trust the 1-star reviews on this and avoid this location like the plague. The customer service is terrible and none of them know what theyre doing, including the A-hole branch manager

        This branch of Wells Fargo is horrible! They are NEVER open. I have come to this location so many times after the website lists it as an open location to just be met with a sign on the door saying closed. Now they are closed on Saturdays. Avoid this location at all costs! Worst in Omaha.
