        If you like aggravation and spending your hard earned money for an amateur "commutation" company, by all means, start getting cox. Or save your money and go a different way.

        For the past 3 weeks, from the first week of August until today, our Cox internet has gone down almost every single night for 2 to 4 hours. Unacceptable. Do you think Cox might prorate our bill?

        Traded my old modem for cox's " new and improved " one. a month later, had cox out to switch to a different modem as it had quit working. Cox tech said he had to look under the skirting of my modular home. He didn't replace the skirting, told cox that he switched to my "personal modem" (NOT! It was cox's modem) and I got charged $167 for all that only to have it go out twice. Looking into switching internet providers ASAP!
