Our experience with Sandhills was overall 1000000/10! Nick and Cooper and FANTASTIC! My husband and I were having thermostat issues. We had a different company come out for diagnostics he stated we needed a new $19,000 HVAC system. This was a major shock after what we thought was a just thermostat issue. My family had referred me to SandHills. To say Im pleased with my experience with this company is an understatement. Nick had come to our home on a Sunday evening and informed us from his experience what we were told was not the issue. He solved our thermostat issue in less than 30 minutes. He then loaned us a thermostat to use until we decided which one we wanted to have installed. We have now had a thermostat and humidistat installed. Our system is working fantastic! I was in desperate need of repairs and was told by a few others that parts were not available.
