Our furnace stopped working on a Saturday night/Sunday morning. I received Richard's name from a family member. I am so thankful! Richard was so nice and quick to respond. Richard was out of town but was able to send Tyler to our house so quickly and he was wonderful! Within 30 minutes, our heat was running and there was no ridiculous upcharge because it was a Sunday. We started using Richard's business a couple of winters ago when our furnace unexpectedly went out. We got his info from a friend, and we were happy with his quick turnaround to get us taken care of. On that first visit, he was able to uncover that the new (but very old home) we'd just purchased actually had a 20 year old furnace, when we were told it was around 12-13 years old. He and his team installed a new one for us within a half a day, and have since returned to do additional maintenance on various pieces of our HVAC system, including an AC tune up, rerouting some vents for a minor kitchen remodel. They have consistently been easy to get ahold of, straightforward in pricing and workmanship and we easily recommend them to our friends and family!
