I needed to have my 100 year old floors sanded and refinished. There was also a large patch job by the people who flipped the property previously and put in carpet. Luis and his team were great. Every other floor company I called was either way too expensive, or was booked out until next year. Luis came to look at my floors on Friday, then his team started the job on Monday, and were finished by Tuesday. They did an awesome job - my wood was in horrible shape, and my stairs had a million screws in them. Cant recommend them enough - I wish I could attach pictures!
