Having worked for other employment agencies in the past let me say,this place is top notch. They go above and beyond to ensure a good job fit where you can thrive. The most caring, helpful staff. Especially Kevin and Marisol.

I went through this agency last year to find the job the current job I have now. Got hired on permanently last October, I'm currently looking to go back to school and a couple of my classes are in the morning and my current job doesn't have full time night shift which I need. I saw a post for a night shift job through indeed.com that Aurstaff posted and applied for it. I get a call from a female recruiter and I told her what was going on with my schooling and told her looking for a night shift position and she asks me "if I told my current employer that I was planning on leaving" and I said 'no'. Well a day later my supervisor comes to me and told me that Aurstaff contacted my employer and told them that I was planning on leaving!!! So my manager wants to talk to me one what's going on, on why I was leaving so I told them. That was a very awkward conversation for me. Why the hell Aurstaff would you contact a person's place of employment and tell them that they're leaving?? Who even does that? It wasn't your place to say anything. I will never use Aurstaff again. The most inept, incompetent people working for them. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY, they have no idea what discretion and privacy mean.
