After reading all the great reviews on how amazing and friendly this place is, I figured I'd give it a try, especially since it's so close to home. I was somewhat disappointed to walk in and not really be greeted other than with a gruff "last name" from the lady (I think the manager) who came off as rushed and not in a particularly good mood. I asked about the price per shirt and wasn't too impressed with the cost. I'll see how things turn out but may just stick with my current cleaners for the lower price and friendlier faces. Perhaps just caught them on an off day. But my first impression of this place did not live up to the hype of the other reviewers, though maybe reading those set the bar too high and I expected too much.
UPDATE: Picked up my shirts and another employee was working, but still no greeting. I certainly don't expect to be treated like royalty but a simple "Hi, and welcome." would be nice, especially when entering a place for the first time, it just made me feel awkward. I find it odd to enter an establishment and not be greeted, even fast food places do it, even if it is disingenuous. Aside from that, the shirts were pressed nice and I do like the digital texts/emails about my stuff being ready. But overall, for the cost was not worth it. There are other places in town that are less expensive for the same quality and better customer service.

Lorita the store manager does an outstanding job. My clothes are pressed perfectly and done on time. She is also very friendly and fast. Her assistant Pam is also helpful and courteous.

Rita at the 13205 Q Street location is so friendly and takes time to remember my name. She is always accomodating and pleasant to visit with. Thanks Rita!
