        This was the first time I used this service. The driver refused to drop off my order at the door with contactless delivery, because she was afraid to walk around to my front door. I don’t live in a bad area and I’ve never had this problem with other delivery services. I called customer service and they did nothing to fix the issue other than make a note of it . I will stick with the other delivery services that are actually capable of doing their job.

        Ordered food from Blackstone meatball..... Took over 2 hours to get the food here. Had never used this service before and definitely will not again.
