        I needed a bid on a building and also a small repair job for damage from a storm. I sensed Jay was a true professional right from the start. We had an unusual building request, and Jay not only applied his expertise to the planning and bidding process, but also brought in an additional advisor to explore all options and help sort out the technical details. It wasn't practical to proceed with the building plans, but Jay and Dan did complete my existing building repairs. I had previously contacted and received bids and promises for repair from three other companies. None of them showed up to do the work. Jay and his crew followed through where others only paid lip service.
