I brought in an online return. I was taken care of but the atmosphere was pretty much toxic. The associates that spoke sounded like a robot. Not one associate smiled in fact one of them looked at me like I had three heads. I did not feel welcome there and not encouraged to look around. They could've easily sold me something else. I really couldn't get out of there fast enough.

Yesterday 3 sales associates helped me find outfits for 2 events. I tried on hundreds of items and they were so patient. I walked out with some great clothes that I know are timeless and I will wear over and over. None of them were pushy and they were completely honest about the fit of the clothes on my figure. I will start driving to Regency to make my purchases at WHBM.
