Told me the job would be $120 and when i picked up the dress he told me the amount was $250. Then proceeded to tell me he doesn't need me or my business and i need to get out after i tried to get him to explain the difference in amounts. Horrible experience. In response to C Money: Reviews, good or bad, should all be considered. The dress did not fit and was 4-6 inches too short. We had to go back and have him sew back on the extra hem that he cut off. Thank god he still had the extra piece. As she was maid of honor and stood at the front, far enough away from the guests, no one seemed to notice that it was pieced back together. He didn't charge me for correcting his mistake, but he didn't make any attempt to refund any part of the money i had paid. I felt the job and the customer service was disastrous. Again he told me "get out, i don't need your business".

The thing that Maureen neglected to mention, was whether or not the dress that she felt was too expensive to have altered fit properly after the alteration. I would be willing to bet my life that the fit after Rino altered it was impeccable. Rino is a renowned tailor, and you would be hard pressed to find another person in Omaha with his level of skill. You are paying him to make your clothes fit properly, not to be nice to you. If you would like to have a tailor that is nice to you, you can go to Von Maur and pay twice the price for a quarter of the skill. He is correct that you should purchase your clothes in person, because 10 different items, sizes the same way, will all fit differently. Online shopping is great for toilet paper, but there are certain items for which it is not appropriate. Rino always does an amazing job, do not let the negative review scare you away.
