        I ordered 10 books from the Barnes and Noble website that were supposed to be fulfilled by Adoremus Books. When I received my order there was only one book in my package. After e-mailing with them they said they only had one book in stock and refused to refund my order as I requested. One book does me no good, as they are for party favors, and I would definitely not have paid $4 shipping on one book that cost less than $4 in the first place.

        I used their online store for a couple of years since they have/had such a variety. Almost every time I ordered, I didn't receive all the items since they were on backorder. Even if you pay expedited shipping, it's pointless when they don't have it in stock. I no longer use them, as I had ordered gifts a month in advance, and guess what--some items were backordered for another month! Then I find they sell the same items on eBay..."in stock".
