PepperJax Grill

This saddens me greatly to be putting a 1 star here because truthfully Id give it a zero if it were possible. This location used to be so amazing. It had wonderful staff and the food was always amazing. Ever since they moved locations and added a drive thru this location has been nothing but mediocre and sad. The food is NEVER hot. The drive thru takes FOREVER. All around worse business move they have ever made.

I'm so sad to give this place this rating because before it was drive thru it was amazing each and every time! Worse decision to take the personality and the quality has fell substantially since this place moved locations going to have to say never again at the drive thru

We ordered through the drive through and we waited at the window for our food so long that an employee opened the window to ask us if they could help us with something. We replied 2 rice bowls we ordered. A few minutes later they brought it out. When we got home we realized the order was wrong, my husband was missing some of the food he asked for.

I've always liked PepperJax Grill, so I thought I'd give this new location a try. I ordered the rice bowl with an extra scoop of rice. What I received was the smallest portion of food I've ever received at a PepperJax restaurant. With an 18% tip, my bill was over $12. For that price, the bowl should be filled with food. It's rice, beans, meat, and some ranch sauce. I will not be going there again. For that price, you should not leave hungry, and I'm a smaller guy. Good food but high prices and very small portions.
