My husband I made an appointment to buy new phones at 4pm on Nov 8th. When we arrived the salesperson, 'TayTay' asked what we were there for and we said we needed new phones but didn't want to spend $1000. She pointed to the wall of devices and said, "The prices are on them" and walked away. A couple of phones did not have the prices on the the screens and when we asked she simply shouted the prices across the store, sitting on a stool with no other customers. I asked if I angered her by stating we didn't want to pay a $1000 and she said, "I don't care how much you spend" then went out of the room. We left. Buying phones online now.

Awesome customer service the girls that were working were very knowledgeable helpful and took care of what I needed quick and got me on my way thank you for the great experience at this location would definitely go again and recommend anyone to go to this location if they want great customer service

I personally have never been a fan of the plans and customer service at Verizon. Came today to activate a phone for my daughter who has her recently deceased father's old phone. Was told our wait would be 45mins-1 hour. We have been here over an hour and a half now. We haven't been acknowledged once since signing in. And I believe someone has been being helped for about 15 minutes who came in after us. Not a good set up Verizon.
