Great place to buy a vehicle! I had some major issues with my old pickup and needed to get rid of it and replace with something newer. We worked with Gus who gave me a great price for my old pickup, and got me into a great new vehicle for less than I expected to pay. Very smooth process and very quick. Highly recommend going here first. Ask for Gus!

The AC on our 2015 Yukon stopped working. Stephanie and Colin were helpful in discussing what our extended warranty covered. We also elected to have transmission fluids changed. Stephanie found a coupon to help lower the cost. Great service with a quick turn around.

Im normally not a person who would leave a bad review, but after experiencing the Service Department at Woodhouse Buick GMC I feel inclined. Very poor customer service. I took my truck in to figure out why my Service Suspension light came on. On the phone when I booked the appointment, I was told diagnostics would take about an hour. I checked on my truck 2 hours later and they hadnt even started on it. Since I scheduled my day around an hour appointment, I asked for my truck back. The icing on the cake was when they brought my vehicle back to me, the service department attendant argued with me on why my vehicle hadnt even been started, and why I shouldnt of expected the diagnostic to be started within over two hours of receiving the vehicle. There was no communication about my vehicle when they had it either. During the time they had my truck, I sent them a text using their texting service asking about time and had no reply. Safe to say, I will go elsewhere. Since they dont have a courtesy loaner vehicle, your day revolves around dropping off and picking up of your vehicle. I dont understand the purpose of an appointment if this is how it works. Communication was horrible and then I get the joy of an argument.
